Falcon Security Services (FSS) is looking to hire RELIABILITY AND SECRET LEVEL CLEARED security guards with a valid government security clearance (secret) for a governmental contract. Falcon Security Services (FSS) is looking for professional Security Guards to work at some of Ottawa's most coveted locations including CSIS for FULL-TIME work!

Security Clearances – candidates for these positions must have an Active SECRET OR RELIABILITY Level clearance.

Falcon Security Services (FSS) is currently seeking a Security Guards with Security Clearance at the RELIABILITY Level minimum.

The shift currently is from 0600 to 1800 and 1800 to 0600 Monday to Friday. Weekends 24 Hour coverage. Shift times may be subject to change.

All guards must be cleared to Reliability or Secret Level or willing to go through the process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding and personalized customer service
• Conduct foot patrols
• Write reports on our digital platform
• Escalate concerns or issues pertaining to sites etc.

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or any other illegal activities

- Conduct regular security checks to ensure the premises are secure

- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action

- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities

- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or breaches in security

- Provide assistance to visitors and employees as needed

- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field is preferred

- Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies

- Excellent observation and communication skills

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
