Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various materials. We are a very busy Heavy Machines shop. This role is essential in ensuring that high-quality components are produced for our projects, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties
• Perform welding using processes such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core
• Must be able to gouge
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Operate welding equipment and machinery
• Perform machining tasks as needed to achieve precise dimensions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Journeyman Welder Certification (Red Seal preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication setting
• Proficiency in multiple welding processes
• Ability to pass welding performance tests, fit-for-duty, and safety requirements
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in various positions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
