Job Description
Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service while enjoying their meals in a welcoming atmosphere. 1. Server Duties:
• Take food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and sections.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials.
• Ensure that all customer needs are met and that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
• Process payments, including cash, credit card transactions, and tips.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ensure the restaurant including the washroom is clean at closing and ready for the morning shift

2. Beverage Station Duties:
• Prepare and serve beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain an organized and clean beverage area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure that all drink orders are made accurately, and responsibly.

3. Greeter Duties:
• Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Manage guest seating and waitlist, ensuring smooth guest flow and wait times.
• Answer any initial questions guests may have about the restaurant or menu.
• Escort guests to their table and ensure they are comfortable before passing them to the server.
• Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant for every guest.

Requirements
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
