• *What we are looking for:**

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Plumbing Helper to assist in performing onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.
• Plumbing Apprentice (Asset)
• Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, trouble shooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless' s and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset:
• Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
• A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract
• Clear criminal background check
• Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn.
• *What will you do:**

We want our Pluming Apprentices to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.
• Promote Right Time products and services on every call
• Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude;
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
• Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
