Overall responsibility

Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers. Business-to-Business Delivery Drivers will deliver, load, and unload gasoline and/or diesel while providing exceptional customer service. The Driver will also be accountable for upholding the highest standards for safety in the delivery and handling of gasoline and byproducts, and for conducting regular vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.

Key areas of responsibility:

· Transfer, collect, load, and deliver gasoline product to and from containers and vehicles (bulk trucks, tanks, and/or vehicles) for customers. Initiate and conduct the asset verification process.

· Conduct and maintain the highest standard of safety in all activities and operations ensuring compliance with the regulatory bodies and relevant regulations. This includes conducting and, if applicable documenting, pre and post vehicle inspections, site inspections, and visual tank inspections.

· Maintain equipment to the highest level of safety standards, reporting any mechanical issues to the Operations Manager.

· Maintain delivery logbooks as required.

· Provide exceptional customer service by promoting the company and its related products, and services positively, while maintaining good customer relations and company image.

· Maintain a professional company image while maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.

· Assist with general duties around the yard.

· Any other duties as required

Experience:
• Driving: 5 years (Class 3 or higher)
• 25 years of age
• Capably of physical labor, including lifting items up to 25kg on a regular basis.
• Must have basic computer literacy skills.
• Ability to qualify for a hazardous material transport certificate
• Petroleum experience is desirable

• Class 1 OR Class 3 (Required)

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

Full-time hours: 40+ per week
