Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday ; Weekdays: 1230-2030 and Weekends: 1030 - 2030

Position Overview

Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional - Full Time to join our team. This high-traffic Retail environment requires a strong security presence to support guest safety, tenant needs, and property protection.

As a Security Professional - Full Time, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for regular patrols, incident response, reporting, and providing support to mall guests and retailers.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Patrol interior and exterior areas of the shopping center
β€’ Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and access control systems
β€’ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies according to site procedures
β€’ Assist guests, tenants, and staff with inquiries and customer service needs
β€’ Complete detailed and accurate reports, including daily activity logs and incident reports
β€’ Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional manner
β€’ Support lost and found, first aid, and emergency procedures when required
β€’ Liaise with emergency responders and site representatives when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements
β€’ Valid AB Security Worker License
β€’ Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
β€’ Comfortable with basic computer systems and incident reporting software
β€’ Previous experience in retail, customer service, or high-traffic public environments is an asset
