Job Description
Time to get your career in gear! ServiceMaster is currently looking to hire an Operations Supervisor.

Will be responsible for various duties including, organizing staff coverage, inspection audits reporting for cleanliness, performing inspections, responding to customer requests, training new hires, other cleaning duties. On Call component.

Monday to Friday (full time) - shift schedule hours may vary (possibly weekend shifts depending on business needs)

Compensation: $21 per hour (hourly)

• Will be required to use and perform/train on basic maintenance of powered cleaning equipment.

Requirements
• Must have valid SIN card and be authorized to work in Canada.
• Experience in using email, and apps on a smart phone.
• 2 years experience in janitorial services preferred.
• Experience in FC or logistics will be an asset.
• Oral communication in English required.
• Must live in Mississauga
• Must have a Valid G License, valid auto insurance and reliable vehicle
• Compensation will be based on experience, training will be provided to successful candidates.
