Please note: This excellent position is located in Niagara Falls and NOT in Toronto.....

We require a Kitchen Manager who will have exceptional leadership and training capabilities, be hands-on, creative, a team player, and be effective at running a successful major brand and high-volume restaurant in Niagara.

You will have total control of all back-of-the-house functions and will possess excellent communication, computer and management skills between the kitchen and the restaurant

A Kitchen Manager who will work closely with FOH and the General Manager, and is totally committed to enhancing customer satisfaction. Menu creation to include costing, design, item selection and presentation, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all products to the customers, and ensuring top quality service

As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training all kitchen staff and building a solid team with a positive and winning attitude. Managing all labour and food cost controls and ensuring consistency in food quality

Our client is offering a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000, an excellent bonus structure, and comprehensive company benefits.
