Overview:

We're hiring a customer-facing team member who excels at communication, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated by results. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident speaking with homeowners, explaining service options, and helping them make informed decisions.

This is not a traditional plumbing role. It’s a service consultation and estimating position, supported by technical training. You’ll assess residential plumbing issues and present professional, solution-based recommendations, training is provided.What You'll Do:
• Visit customers who’ve requested plumbing help
• Assess concerns with technical support from our team
• Clearly explain recommended solutions and pricing
• Present options and help customers choose what fits their needs
• Close the job and coordinate service delivery
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
