Job Description
Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for the food industry. Previous hospitality or hotel experience, along with barista or food service background, will be considered advantageous. Duties
• Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards
• Manage POS systems such as Toast for order processing and cash handling procedures
• Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff including interviewing, training, and scheduling team members
• Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices are followed in compliance with health regulations
• Support customer service initiatives by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service operations and improve workflow
• Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
• Assist in managing restaurant budgets, sales reports, and operational procedures
