As our next
Plant Technician - Welder/Fabricator
, you will provide critical service support to production through preventative maintenance, fabrication, welding, and general facility maintenance. Your work will directly support safe operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across the plant.

What You'll Be Doing
• Performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery
• Carrying out general plant and facility maintenance activities
• Fabricating, welding, and assembling components and structures
• Maintaining daily records of machine maintenance and repairs
• Implementing and supporting plant safety recommendations
• Assembling and maintaining fixturing in collaboration with design and manufacturing teams
• Supporting efforts to reduce equipment downtime and maintain asset value
• Ensuring compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental systems
• Completing additional tasks as assigned by management

What We're Looking For
• Certification and practical experience in multiple welding applications (MIG, TIG, Stick, Aluminum)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in fabrication and industrial maintenance
• Strong physical capability to perform varied maintenance and fabrication tasks
• Practical experience with:
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding and fabrication
• General machining
• Industrial mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently in a task-driven environment
