Job Title: Residential Concierge Security Guard
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities
• Access Control: Manage entry to the property by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.
• Alarm & Emergency Response: Monitor alarm systems, respond to security breaches, fire alarms, or medical emergencies, and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere, assisting residents and guests with inquiries, directions, and concierge-related services.
• Incident Reporting: Document all security incidents, disturbances, or safety concerns in detailed reports for management and law enforcement.
• Security Enforcement: Proactively enforce property rules, deter trespassing, and address suspicious activity with discretion and professionalism.
• Collaboration: Work closely with property management, fellow security personnel, and emergency responders to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements
• Valid Ontario Security License (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in security, preferably in high-end residential or concierge settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – polished, articulate, and professional.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and composed in emergencies.
• Proficiency in alarm monitoring systems and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
