AirStay Properties is a premium short-term rental company managing boutique apartments in Old Montreal.

We are currently hiring a full-time Cleaner & Laundry Attendant to clean guest suites and manage on-site laundry operations.

We are looking for someone who is highly reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in hospitality cleaning.

If you take pride in delivering hotel-quality results and know how to prepare suites to a high standard with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you.
• *Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• *Main Responsibilities
• Clean and reset fully furnished apartments to hotel standards
• Change linens and make beds professionally
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, and common areas
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and prepare suites for guest check-in
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and restock:
• bed sheets
• towels
• pillowcases
• duvet covers
• bath mats
• Operate on-site washing machines and dryers
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry room, storage areas, and building common spaces
• Follow detailed cleaning and laundry checklists
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
• Work independently or with a partner depending on daily volume

• Minimum 1 year cleaning / housekeeping experience preferred
• Previous hotel, Airbnb, short-term rental, or vacation rental cleaning experience is a strong asset
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Able to work efficiently under daily deadlines
• Experience handling laundry and linens
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Physically fit and able to carry laundry and cleaning supplies
• Basic communication in English or French required**
