XAN Systems is a transportation business specializing in temperature controlled and dry freight loads. C-TPAT approved carrier on the North American market for 20 years. We have been successfully operating 50 trucks and reefers working for us. Our highly trained and professional dispatch provide 24/7 support and rapidly solve any transportation needs for our drivers on a road. Our fleet is a newer model trucks with Auto Transmission, Bunk heaters, Inverters, Microwaves, etc – all bells and whistles to provide you with the comfort level you deserve.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
β€’ Applicants must be at least 25 years old (under certain circumstances, 23 or 24 year old applicants may be accepted)
β€’ At least 3 years of recent, verifiable experience in cross-border trucking
β€’ A clean driving record, with respect to accidents and/or traffic violations
β€’ No felony convictions within the last 10 years
β€’ Experience with proper preparation of a β€œDriver’s Daily Log”
β€’ Applicants must be able to speak and read English

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR HANDLING NORTH AMERICAN FLEET
β€’ Applicants must have a clean, neat diesel tandem that can scale 45,000 lbs. Tractors and reefer units must be a 2007 model or newer
β€’ Trailers need to be at least 53’/Air Ride dry vans or 53’ Air Ride Reefers
β€’ Must have annual inspection certificates available and be able to pass a thorough MTO-type inspection
