What You'll Be Doing
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience and anticipate the needs of your guests
• Support the managing of labour, scheduling, and productivity to hit financial targets
• Control beverage, and operating costs
• Execute company standards, systems, and procedures
• Support sales growth through floor leadership, table touches, and consistent coaching

What You'll Need
• 3+ years of high-volume Restaurant Management Experience with a proven ability to grow sales and provide an unparalleled guest experience
• Proficiency with Silverware POS and Optimum Control (inventory management)
• Familiarity of Restaurant P&L development and analysis
• Strong analysis and action planning around Scheduling, Training, Inventory, and Labour Management
• A burning passion to constantly learn and push the boundaries of what you know
• Smart Serve certified
