Job Summary

We are a restaurant in Sunridge area, NE Calgary. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented EXPERIENCED Juicing and Fresh Food Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy food options in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to promoting healthy living through high-quality food preparation and excellent customer service. Candidates with experience in food handling, kitchen operations, or the food industry may qualify.

Responsibilities
β€’ Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other health-focused beverages using various fruits, vegetables, and ingredients
β€’ Assist in food preparation, including chopping, blending, and assembling fresh ingredients for meals and snacks
β€’ Ensure all food items are prepared according to safety standards and quality guidelines
β€’ Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
β€’ Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sanitizing equipment and utensils regularly
β€’ Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times
β€’ Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing
β€’ Adhere to food safety regulations and health codes during all stages of food preparation and service

Requirements
β€’ Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is preferred
β€’ Knowledge of food handling safety standards and practices in the food industry
β€’ Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking, and food presentation
β€’ Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
