Area Manager Role:

Our ideal candidate is experienced in, or at least familiar with, the cleaning industry, has held responsibility for developing and updating a production schedule, and has led teams through various projects and challenges. You'll need to be adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, display a hands-on approach to leadership, and not be above jumping in to just get things done.

To succeed at Double Clean, you must be energetic, highly organized, and hard working. You should be a great problem-solver, with a positive attitude and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
• Lead on boarding preparation and planning with new clients
• Actively set expectations and coordinate tasks with cleaning staff
• Recruit, train, and develop new employees and provide constant feedback to drive results
• Monitor daily deliverables, address client concerns, and actively review sites to ensure sites are being maintained properly
• Respond quickly to client concerns and review a plan of action with operations to solve any problems
• Help control expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services
• Represent Double Clean Inc. in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside of the company.
• Participate in site tours and assist in reviewing and quoting for cleaning services with new business opportunities
• Maintain focus on improving the Double Clean Inc. customer experience
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned when business needs arise

• Ability to problem solve, prioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships acting as a well-respected, trusted partner others want to work with
• Ability to solve issues and report to upper management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to do quality control checks
• Valid class 5 drivers license
• English as a fluent language

This is a full time salaried position + benefits after 3-months probation period.
