Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber / Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and piping systems across various industrial and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and safety protocols to ensure efficient and reliable operations. Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings in accordance with blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute projects
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, and calipers to complete tasks efficiently
• Conduct rigging operations to lift and position heavy piping or equipment safely
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing or piping systems and implement effective solutions
• Perform routine maintenance on existing systems to prevent failures or leaks
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members on complex projects in manufacturing or construction environments

Skills
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing principles, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers
