Cocotte Bistro is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific kitchen station while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage a designated kitchen station during service
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Cocotte Bistro’s standards
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all plates
• Assist with daily mise en place and prep planning
• Support junior cooks and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
• Contribute to menu execution and continuous improvement of recipes

Profile Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Line Cook ready to step up
• Solid culinary techniques and understanding of classic cooking methods
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for quality ingredients and execution
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience (an asset)
