β€’ *Backwoods Security Services is currently seeking a Security Guard to work in a Mobile setting in Edmonton area. (LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY)
β€’ *Wage: $18.00 / Hour
β€’ *Shift: Sunday - Saturday; 12 hours a day; NIGHTS 6pm - 6am

β€’ *Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by patrolling and monitoring premises
β€’ Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment and access points
β€’ Access Control: Permit authorized persons entry to site when required
β€’ Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures; restrain if necessary
β€’ Control traffic by directing drivers
β€’ Complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA’s) and Daily Occurrence Reports (DOR’s) and Incident Reports (IR’s) when required
β€’ Inspect Backwoods vehicles, notify Field Manager when service is required
β€’ Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
β€’ Arrive on time for shift. If you know you will be unable to fulfill your duties, you must communicate with the on-call supervisor ahead of time
β€’ Able to work efficiently and effectively both as part of a team or individually
β€’ *Job Requirements:
β€’ Minimum 1 year experience in a Security Guard position (preferred)
β€’ Class 5 Driver's License
β€’ 3 Year Drivers Abstract CLEAN
β€’ Valid Alberta Security License (required)
β€’ Valid Standard First Aid Certification (required)
