Job Description
Essential Duties and Tasks

• Safley sets up, operates, and monitors bag machinery and equipment as intended and needed to meet customer and production goals.
• Completes bag machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
• Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.
• Trains and provides guidance to machine assistants and new crew members.
• Keeps machinery and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging, and cleanliness requirements.

Qualifications, Education and Experience
• HS/GED required; HS/GED preferred
• 2-4 years' experience in a related field experience in a related field required.
• This position has no leadership duties.

• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
