Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are upheld. Duties
• Assist with meal preparation and food assembly according to recipes and standards
• Support cooking activities under supervision, ensuring quality and presentation
• Help with food handling, storage, and sanitation to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
• Assist with serving food to customers or plating dishes as directed
• Follow all food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices at all times
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with cooking techniques and meal preparation is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is desirable
