Steeles is expanding our Calgary courier operations and looking for motivated Courier Drivers to join our delivery team. Whether youre seeking fulltime hours or parttime flexibility we have consistent routes and steady work available.

Pay Structure
Courier drivers are paid through our simple transparent model:
• $8.50 per stop
• $0.25 per km
Your earnings grow with delivery volume and route efficiency.

What Youll Do
• Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups within Calgary and area
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow route guidance through our driver app
• Maintain a clean professional appearance
• Handle parcels safely and efficiently

Driver Requirements
We hire both Company Drivers and Independent Contractors.

All Drivers Must Have:
• Valid Class 5 drivers license
• Clean drivers abstract (35 years preferred)
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Strong English communication (verbal & written)
• Smartphone with data plan (for dispatch app)
Independent Contractors Must Also Have:
• Their own reliable cargo van minivan SUV or small commercial vehicle
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Business registration (or willingness to register)
• Their own WCB coverage
