Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Packers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing, loading, and preparing products while ensuring accuracy and safety. In this role you will be required to work on the production line which includes heavy equipment, moving parts, and loud noise. Please note that this position has MANDATORY PPE, which requires a 100% seal with no barrier between respirator and skin.

Responsibilities
β€’ Measure and count product and materials
β€’ Perform Quality Control checks to ensure customer specifications are met with accuracy
β€’ Remove completed or defective products and materials
β€’ Assist operator with changeovers
β€’ Comply with 5S program
β€’ Compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications
β€’ Some high school education
β€’ Ability to properly and safely lift up to 50lbs manually, walk, and stand for long periods of time (11 hours out of a 12-hour shift)
β€’ Effectively use tape measure, calipers and other hand tools
β€’ Ability to operate required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
β€’ Basic computer skills are required
β€’ Must be able to effectively communicate, read, and write in English
β€’ Ability to work long hours, hardworking, and have a willingness to learn
β€’ Plastic Extruder experience is considered an asset
