Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
• Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations to optimize guest flow.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the front of house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
• Provide assistance to customers as needed, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Serve it Right certification is required.
