Job Description
Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team.

Candidate MUST have a Drivers License and must own their own vehicle.

Candidate must be willing to carpool/ride share in their vehicle with a team of 2-3 people from job site to job site through the day and will be compensated for travel costs.

Candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality residential and janitorial cleaning services, ensuring that homes and businesses are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This role requires excellent time management skills, a strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills.

This role will sometimes be interchangable between residential cleaning and commercial cleaning.

Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and Airbnb spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Count inventory supplies in Airbnb's when requested.
• Launder linens and towels as requested, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, including washing dishes and cleaning appliances when needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Demonstrate hospitality by creating a welcoming environment for clients.
