Job Description
Position Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Service Plumber with a strong background in main drains and sewer systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and handling a wide range of plumbing service calls.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Respond to residential and commercial service calls
β€’ Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
β€’ Handle main drain work including blockages, backups, and replacements
β€’ Perform drain cleaning (snaking, hydro-jetting, camera inspections)
β€’ Identify issues through drain camera inspections and explain findings to customers
β€’ Provide clear recommendations and estimates on-site
β€’ Complete service reports and maintain job documentation
β€’ Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Requirements:
β€’ Licensed Plumber or equivalent hands-on experience
β€’ Strong service plumbing background (not just construction)
β€’ Proven experience with main drains and sewer systems
β€’ Comfortable using drain cleaning machines, cameras, and jetting equipment
β€’ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
β€’ Strong communication and customer service abilities
β€’ Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
β€’ Ability to work independently and manage service calls
