Required Qualifications and Experience:
β€’ Valid Ontario Security Guard license
β€’ Minimum 18 years of age
β€’ Valid Smart Serve certification (Not required, preferred)
β€’ Valid First Aid and CPR-C Certification
β€’ Experience in customer service settings
β€’ Previous employment as a Security Guard (Not required, preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:
β€’ Conducting internal/external security foot patrols of the site.
β€’ Reporting all incidents to the Mobile supervisor on shift.
β€’ Controlling access and egress for the facility/area.
β€’ Present a proper, professional, customer-friendly image at all times.
β€’ Conducting enhanced searches through the use of a Garrett Wand, as well as routine searches of bags for event patrons.
β€’ Providing general information of the site and assistance our clients with any security needs they may have.
β€’ Working in an alcohol-licensed area, ensuring all AGCO policies and procedures are adhered to.
