Job Description
Our client, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at various commercial premises throughout Port Elizabeth . This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, and upholding client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Supervise and direct the work of cleaning staff on assigned sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality and adherence to company protocols. Manage cleaning schedules and allocate staff resources effectively across multiple locations. Provide on-the-job training and ongoing coaching to cleaning staff. Ensure the safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Good organizational and time-management skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a cleaning environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
