Job Description
A supervisory role within a welding or fabrication environment.
• Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings
• Liaising with Production teams
• Overseeing the work of welders, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow
• Understanding welding processes, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, and troubleshooting welding issues.
• Participation in the fabrication of metal components including welding, cutting and shaping
• Usage of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and heavy machinery
• General tasks in department
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulations, including PPE
• Cleaning pressure vessel equipment
