POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists and scanning systems
Pack orders securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
Operate handheld scanners and computerized picking systems efficiently
Verify order accuracy before dispatch and resolve any discrepancies
Process urgent and priority orders within specified timeframes
Maintain picking accuracy standards and productivity targets
Organize and restock picking areas to ensure efficient operations
Label packages correctly with shipping information and handling instructions
Assist with loading vehicles for deliveries when required
Report damaged stock, picking errors, or system issues to supervisors
Maintain cleanliness and organization in packing areas
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
