Key Responsibilities Accurately pack products according to order specifications, packing instructions, and quality standards Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies before packing Label packages correctly with required shipping, handling, and product information Weigh, count, and measure products to ensure correct quantities and compliance Prepare cartons, pallets, and packaging materials as required Seal and secure packages to prevent damage during transit Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Follow health, safety, and workplace procedures, including manual handling guidelines Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets Report damaged goods, shortages, or packing issues to supervisors Assist with stock handling, sorting, or basic inventory tasks when required Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and dispatch teams.
