Job Description
Job Overview:

We are seeking a competent and reliable Picker/Packer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking items from designated locations and packing them securely for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick items from inventory based on order requirements
- Pack items securely in appropriate packaging materials
- Label packages accurately for shipment
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines when handling and moving items
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good physical condition, able to lift and move heavy items
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
