Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
β€’ Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with applicable codes.
β€’ Ensure system integration and engineering alignment on relevant projects.
β€’ Install meters and obtain required verification codes.
β€’ Build and wire electrical panels.
β€’ Install and configure network and RS485 communication systems.
β€’ Perform fault finding and rectify identified issues.
β€’ Supervise installation activities where required.
β€’ Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and within project timelines.
Qualifications
β€’ Matric Certificate
β€’ N6 Electrical qualification or similar
β€’ Trade Test certification
β€’ Wireman’s licence advantageous
Skills and Experience
β€’ Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
