Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping spaces clean and organized. As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain all designated areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Change and make beds, replenish linens, and restock amenities
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards guests and coworkers
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check
