Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and respond to all high-risk alarm signals received from customers.
• Monitor and action movement exception alarms.
• Contact customers when alarm events are triggered and follow the appropriate response procedures.
• Activate time-specific events and security zones in accordance with customer instructions.
• Assist with urgent reporting requests as required.
• Complete all internal and external reporting accurately and timeously.
• Ensure that all operational queries or incidents are escalated through the correct channels.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12).
• Psira Registered Grade C
• Previous experience in an alarm monitoring or control room environment will be advantageous.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Computer literate with the ability to work on monitoring systems and reporting platforms.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards
