ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the Branch and ensures the building is always in a clean and orderly condition at all times.

MAIN DUTIES

What You’ll Do For The Brand:
• Daily Cleaning Operations: Ensure work areas are clean and tidy prior to opening, during service and at closing times. This includes the inside and outside of the Branch, as well as the car Park area. Floors must be swept, mopped, scrubbed, and/or vacuumed, and walls must be cleaned.
• Waste and Hygiene Management: Gather and dispose of refuse; wash or sanitize bins. Sort waste and collect in separate bags as required. Maintain toilet cleanliness and ensure personal hygiene is maintained at all times.
• Facility and Equipment Care: Clean and wipe tables, counters, chairs, TV screens, furniture, lights, and machines. Clean branch aircon filters weekly. Ensure seating area furniture is maintained, reporting any refurbishing needs such as seat cover replacements or wobbly table legs.
• Resource Management: Use cleaning chemicals and detergents appropriately. Request necessary fluids or equipment (mops, brooms, dusters) from the Branch Manager and declare any breakages to the Line Manager.
