Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations for their facilities. This is a fully remote position where you will manage, train, and support cleaning staff, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness across all managed sites. You will leverage technology for communication, supervision, and performance monitoring. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of sanitation protocols, all managed within a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of remote cleaning staff. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene. Conduct virtual training sessions for new and existing cleaning personnel. Monitor staff performance through remote observation, feedback, and reporting tools. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and distribution. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Environmental Services or Facility Management is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience in environmental services, cleaning supervision, or a related field. Proven experience in managing cleaning staff and operations, preferably in a remote or distributed setting. Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in sanitation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, scheduling, and performance tracking (e.g., Slack, Trello, Microsoft Teams, specific management software).
