Job Description
SUMMARY:
Our client in the Hospitality Industry is seeking to employ Scullery Cleaners to support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness in the scullery area.
Location: Milpark, Johannesburg, Gauteng

Duties & Responsibilities
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the scullery and kitchen area.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning duties.
• Ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Experience & Qualification
• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) advantageous.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or scullery environment preferred.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and reliability.
