Job Description
As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and premises. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of the hotel grounds, monitoring surveillance cameras, and enforcing access control procedures. You will respond promptly to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, and take appropriate action to resolve or escalate as necessary. Additionally, you will provide assistance to guests and employees as needed, ensuring a positive and secure experience for all.

Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role is preferred

Excellent observational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Physical fitness and stamina to perform patrol duties

Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures

Certification in security training is an advantage

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
