Job Description
YOUR ROLE: Warehouse driving and deliveries Load,
transport and deliver goods, materials and equipment safely and
timeously to approved destinations. Collect goods from suppliers,
customers and sites as required. Check delivery notes, invoices,
collection documents and goods received against physical items.
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles while following safe
handling practices. Ensure goods are secured correctly before
transportation to prevent damage, loss or safety risks. Obtain
signatures, proof of delivery and supporting documentation for all
deliveries and collections. Report delivery discrepancies, damages,
shortages or delays to the relevant supervisor immediately.
Warehouse Support Keep the warehouse, loading areas and vehicles
clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
Operate warehouse equipment only where trained, authorised and
certified to do so.
