Job Description
Professional Shuttle Driver – Passenger Transport Responsible for transporting passengers safely and punctually via shuttle services along designated routes, following strict time schedules during both day and night shifts. Committed to ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and professional service at all times. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport passengers to and from designated pickup and drop-off points. Operate shuttle services efficiently across scheduled day and night shifts. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Check and maintain water, oil, fuel levels, tyre pressure, and overall mechanical condition. Ensure vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation before and after each shift. Adhere strictly to road traffic laws and company safety policies. Follow planned routes and time schedules accurately. Report traffic delays, accidents, or route disruptions immediately. Maintain daily operational logs and complete basic reports. Report mechanical faults or vehicle defects to the Fleet Manager/Supervisor. Instruct passengers on safety precautions and ensure compliance during transit. Deliver courteous and professional customer service at all times. Requirements & Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit) Clean criminal record Previous shuttle or passenger transport experience Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts Strong knowledge of road safety regulations Excellent time management and reliability Good communication and interpersonal skills
