Job Description
Duties
• Plan, schedule and perform the overall process of packing and dispatch shift wise in the plant as per specification.
• Complete packing of material produced (laminated, printed and slitted which so ever) in the plant and send to bonded storeroom for dispatch.
• Daily production details to be submitted to the senior in daily meeting.
• Provide training to the workers related to packing and dispatch on ISO and BRC etc.
• Maintain congenial relationship with customers and suppliers.
• Manage the staff and workers efficiently to deliver the lamination production output.

Key Performance Indicator
• Ensure packing and dispatch work delivery is met as per daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Ensure the packing of the final product timely and same needs to be sent to the dispatch room for dispatch.
• Keep daily production details and update the senior on the production details.
• Training related to packing and dispatch to be imparted on regular interval.
• Resolve the complaints of the customer if any related to the packing and dispatch.
• Daily scheduling of workers on the packing machines.

Qualification
• Diploma in Packaging/ Commercial/ Graduate
• Should have 5-7 yrs of relevant experience

Skills
• Should have requisite people management skills.
• Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the packing area.
• Understanding of internal departmental relationships.
