Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to manage and oversee all cleaning operations at their facility in Randburg, Gauteng, ZA . This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of industrial cleaning protocols, and the ability to lead a team effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of supervising cleaning crews in an industrial setting, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a pristine and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of industrial cleaners, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Develop and implement detailed cleaning plans and procedures for various industrial areas, including production floors, machinery, warehouses, and common spaces. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify cleaning needs, potential hazards, and areas for improvement. Ensure the safe use and storage of all cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies in compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Perform or assist with deep cleaning tasks as required, especially during shutdown periods or for specialized cleaning needs. Implement and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a healthy work environment. Ability to train and motivate a diverse team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using various industrial cleaning equipment.
