Job Description
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Facility Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for a large commercial complex located in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, ZA . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a cleaning team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a cleaning crew, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility. Inspect cleaning performance regularly to ensure quality control and adherence to hygiene standards. Train new cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
