Key Responsibilities

Picking Duties
Pick stock accurately using picking slips, packing lists, or scanner instructions
Locate products in the warehouse and verify correct items and quantities
Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies before packing
Meet daily picking targets while maintaining high accuracy levels
Report missing, damaged, or incorrect stock to your supervisor

Packing Duties
Pack customer orders securely and neatly according to company standards
Use appropriate packaging materials to protect products during transit
Ensure all items are correctly packed and included in every order
Label parcels accurately for dispatch and courier collection
