We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:
• Ensure that every room is checked and updated on the Omni system as per SOP
• Ensure that all allocated room attendants are managed to ensure that Room Attendant duties are completed and prioritized in accordance with arrival times.
• Check hourly on allocated section of public areas ensuring that it cleaned and maintained to the Hotel standard.
• Ensure that the storerooms are laid out and kept to the Hotel standard.
• Ensure that all vacuum cleaners are checked and in full working order.
• Check that linen is in a good state of repair before being utilized in a room.
• Ensure that all maintenance issues are reported and follow-up that they are dealt with timeously.
• All aesthetics in the room are laid out as per the Owners’ standard
• Assist with the monthly stock-take and the quarterly operating equipment count.

NB:Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups with the provisions of employment equity act,no. 55 of 1998,sisa internal recruitment policy as well as units employment equity plans.
