Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee daily cleaning operations for a portfolio of commercial properties in the Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, managing cleaning staff, conducting site inspections, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement. Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of equipment. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels.
