Responsible for the final preparation and packaging of completed units, ensuring all products are securely packed to company standards and handed over to the warehouse/dispatch area within scheduled timeframes.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Packaging & Presentation: Pack completed units following QC approval, ensuring all components are secure and the external presentation is clean and professional.
• Labelling & Documentation: Accurately label all packages with relevant sales order details, shipping information, and handling instructions (e.g. fragile).
• Logistics Coordination: Transfer GRVs and custom builds to the warehouse/dispatch area at scheduled intervals (09:00, 11:00, 13:00, and 15:00).
• System Updates: Update order statuses on Monday.com to “Packed” and “Handed Over to Dispatch” to maintain accurate, real-time tracking.
• Final Quality Check: Conduct a final visual inspection to ensure there are no visible defects and that all required external accessories (e.g. cables, manuals) are included.
• Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organised packing area, ensuring sufficient stock of packaging materials at all times.
