Available Position: Sales & Packing assistant

Location: Century City, Cape Town

Job Type: Full time (45hrs per week)

Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail experience (at least 1 year) required
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well in a team environment (willingness to facilitate communication)
• Must be able to work until closing time and on weekends & public holidays. You should be flexible with your working hours btw 9am-9pm

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills (applications are welcome from individuals who demonstrate a strong sense of time management)
• Maintain a clean and organized jewellery store environment
• A responsible individual who can provide good customer service and convey a positive atmosphere with a bright and cheerful personality
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrates respect for company policies and culture, and adheres responsibly to the guidelines provided through training
• Communicate with the team, address issues or feedback, and strive for resolution
• Pack and display the new products or online orders daily
• Own transportation for commuting is required (reliable and safe transport to and from work must be secured in advance)
